Eating Grass Fed Beef Equals Better Health

It's pretty simple eating grass fed beef is going to lead to better quality of health. Grass fed beef is rich in many important vitamins and minerals. Grass fed beef contains large amounts of vitamin A. Vitamin A is extremely important because the higher your metabolism rate is the more vitamin A you use. Grass fed beef is also very rich in many important minerals like calcium and potassium. Potassium plays a very important role in blood sugar management and is a very underrated mineral. Grass fed meats are very rich in potassium. Grass fed meats are also very rich in magnesium which is another mineral that's very important for blood sugar control. Potassium and magnesium are not talked about much in our culture which is a shame because these minerals provide many health benefits. If you're eating large amounts of grass fed meats you are getting a ample supply of these very important minerals.

It's interesting how much a lot of people struggle to find a diet that works for them. We have people who eat a raw vegan diet and other people who eat a Paleolithic diet. The Paleo diet basically contains grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables and a higher protein intake compared to carbohydrate. I think that the paleo diet has some benefits such as the fact that people are eating higher quality protein sources like grass fed meats. It also gets people to eat organic fruits and vegetables instead of conventional produce. I think both these things are really good but my one problem with the paleo diet is the fact that it emphasizes higher protein to carbohydrate consumption. I personally feel that you should have a moderate protein intake in your diet and you should also eat adequate amounts of carbohydrates. I think personally that there are just way too many diets for people to choose from and it can become extremely confusing. You should focus more on understanding anatomy and how the body works. The body needs high quality protein like grass fed beef. Grass fed beef is a good source of protein. Grass fed beef doesn't breed endotoxin like many other sources of protein. Beans are a source of protein that breed huge amounts of endotoxin. You never want beans to be your primary source of protein rather you want most of your protein to come from grass fed meats. I

f you are a raw vegan then you are in big trouble because you have no good sources of protein. You can't eat grass fed meats, gelatin or eggs. Your only sources of protein are hemp and soy. Both these sources of protein are terrible for you and bring about tons of health problems. If you're really serious about your health that you won't be a vegan and you'll be a meat eatter. You want to eat grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables in order to acquire optimal health. If you are concerned about the excess tryptophan in muscle meats you can increase your consumption of calcium through eggshells and dairy. The reason why you want to increase your consumption of calcium if your eating lots of muscle meats is because calcium is a mineral that will convert tryptophan to niacin making it safer. This means that muscle meats can be good for you in terms of thyroid function if you have enough calcium in your diet. Make sure that if you getting calcium from milk that you get milk from grass fed cattle. The reason why you want milk from grass fed cattle is because the milk will be a lot higher in many important vitamins and nutrients. Milk from grass fed cows also have a lot less polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Polyunsaturated fatty acids slow down your metabolism and this leads to many health problems. Conventional milk comes from grain fed cows that produce milk full of toxic polyunsaturated fatty acids. You want to avoid this milk at all costs. If your really concerned about drinking milk because you have had lots of problems with milk in the past. Your other options are goats milk and eggshells. If you're interested in using eggshells as a source of calcium what you want to do is cook your eggshells for 20 minutes in the oven. From there you want to take a coffee grinder and grind the eggshells into a powdered substance. Once you have this powdered substance you want to put this into your milk or water. You then want to drink this as if you're drinking a powdered calcium supplement. This is a very inexpensive and great source of calcium. Some people may talk about getting calcium through dark leafy vegetables but this is a poor source of calcium because the vegetables contain high amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids.

It's unfortunate that grass fed meats don't contain high amounts of calcium but you can get some calcium from bone broth. What you do is find soup bones from a local farmer and you want to boil these bones for a couple hours. You then want to drink the water that you cooked with. This is called the broth. The broth is full of many important minerals such as calcium. It also tastes delicious.

It's so hard to reach optimal health because there's just so much information out there. One person says grass fed meats are good for you and another person says it doesn't make much difference. You have people saying that organic fruits and vegetables are better for you compared to conventional fruits and vegetables. Then you have somebody else saying that there's no difference between organic and conventional fruits and vegetables. It's hard to know what to believe and it's hard to even make a decision when one person says this and another person says that. By best advice is to do what works for you and I feel very strongly that if you ate grass fed meats. You would find out that grass fed meats do really work for you. Remember that you don't just want to eat eat grass fed meats. You also want to eat organic fruits and vegetables. You want to have a combination of high quality proteins carbohydrates and fats with every meal. If you are interested in grass fed beef manitoba is one of many provinces that carry these meats. If you're not located in Manitoba don't freak out because there are many other provinces which carry these meats. Grass fed meats are becoming really popular. That being the case more and more farmers are raising grass fed animals and following grass fed principles.

Grass Fed Hamburgers Are They Good For You?

I'm starting to see more and more restaurants taking advantage of the demand for grass fed meats. I'm seeing hamburgers being sold at restaurants using grass fed beef. I think this is really great in some ways because people are able to make better choices for their health. I think this could be a problem though because people are still eating unhealthy grain filled hamburger buns. If there was a restaurant that served grass fed beef in the form of stakes then that would be a much healthier option however most restaurants that currently sell grass fed beef are serving it with a hamburger. If you asked me what was healthier for you a grass fed hamburger or conventional steak. I would tell you that the grass fed hamburger would be healthier but I would suggest that you take away the hamburger bun. The reason why you don't want to eat the hamburger bun is because the hamburger bun is made of grains which are very bad for you.

Grains are nutritionally inferior to fruits or vegetables. They are extremely hard to digest so they breed lots of endotoxin. If you are gluten intolerant or have celiac disease you can have lots of health problems by eating grains that contain gluten. Grains are something that you want to avoid at all costs and just because a restaurant serves grass fed hamburgers doesn't mean automatically that this food is good for you. You could be eating a grass fed hamburger without the bun and thinking that you are eating a healthy meal but that grass fed beef could of came from a partially grass fed cow. You don't really know how grass fed that beef is because it's coming from a restaurant and you're not getting it directly from a farmer. I think that for people that are very health conscious it's nice to know that there are some restaurants that you can go to and enjoy a grass fed hamburger but by in large if you're really serious about your health then you'll just eat at home.

The only consideration I would make for eating grass fed beef at a restaurant would be if you're traveling and you have no other place to eat. If you're traveling you'll have to eat some unhealthy foods because you'll have no choice. If your at home however there should be no excuse for you not to eat healthy foods. I personally have never eaten any unhealthy foods at home. I always eat grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables and coconut oil. This is my diet and I have never cheated. My health is extremely important to me and I live what I preach. If I were to go to a restaurant and eat a grass fed hamburger with conventional ketchup on it I would then be compromising my values.

The other issue I have with grass fed hamburgers that come from restaurants is what type of sauces do they put on that grass fed hamburger? They could be putting some very unhealthy sauces on the hamburger. If you're going to eat a grass fed hamburger from a restaurant my suggestion would be to stay clear of any sauces. Even the ketchup could be conventional ketchup which is full of high fructose corn syrup. High fructose corn syrup will cause tons of blood sugar problems and this will make you feel lousy.

I was talking to a girl in a health food store and we were debating when you should eat healthy and when you should not eat healthy. She felt that you should try the best you can to eat grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables but you should also indulge yourself in unhealthy foods in social occasions. I personally don't agree with this because I have a very strong sense of value for my health. I would never eat out at restaurants just because it was a social event. I feel that health is something that everyone defines differently and everyone goes to different extremes. I think that being too obsessed about your diet and only eating grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables could be dangerous but by in large most people have such little control over themselves. If you tell them to just eat grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables they will probably just eat these foods enough in their diet to get some results. Most people have to eat out at restaurants because they just have no control over themselves. They are addicted to the good taste of restaurant food. I find this quite sad because they get no sense of confidence in themselves because they have no control over themselves. There are other people who are very passionate about health and only eat grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables. These people are the ones that get great results with their health and are empowered. I

don't just think you need to eat grass fed meats in terms of a source of protein. There are many other healthy sources of protein such as wild shrimp, white fish and free range pastured eggs. I just feel that because grass fed meats are so popular it's easy to find local farmers in your area. This means that grass fed meats are a assessable quality food that most people have in their area. One problem with wild shrimp is that it's very expensive. Free range pastured eggs are quite cheap but a lot of times farmers don't feed their chickens that great and the chickens produce eggs that can cause lots of digestion problems.

In conclusion, if you're very serious about your health then you'll only eat grass fed hamburgers at restaurants when you're traveling. If I was to go out to a restaurant and I was with my friends even if they served grass fed hamburgers I would not eat it. My friends would try to convince me by saying that I could just take the bun out and eat the beef but I still feel that I'm eating healthier food at home. If you are encouraged by my writing to eat grass fed beef manitoba has many farmers you can get these meats from. If you are in any other province in Canada you can also find many farmers that sell grass fed beef in your area. Make sure that the grass fed beef comes from fully grass fed cows. You want to also make sure you have a good relationship with your farmer because your farmer is the person that supplies you with your food. Respect your farmer and he will respect you by giving you healthy food.

Why Do People Poison Themselves With Unhealthy Foods?

I really wonder sometimes why people poison themselves with such unhealthy foods? There's many more local farmers that sell grass fed meats then there was in the past. There's really no excuse not to eat these healthy foods. Many local health food stores sell organic fruits and vegetables and even carry organic meats. I don't feel personally that organic meats are the healthiest sources of meat but they are still a lot better than a lot of the garbage food people are eating. It just seems like people don't value their health and they don't take into consideration the importance of eating high quality food. People go to their doctor and find out they have diabetes yet are oblivious to the obvious correlation of how their poor dietary choices created the disease they have. It seems that because of the practice of conventional medicine we are so used to solving our problems through pharmaceutical drugs that we have no knowledge of the healing value that a good diet has on us. Grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables are a good foundation for optimal health. There are many diseases which can disappear when you incorporate these healing foods.

When I go out I see so many people eating the most disgusting foods. I see people eating potato chips and fast food. I don't really understand why they're poisoning themselves with these unhealthy foods. They could easily find a local farmer in their area and pick up grass fed meats. They are eating foods which have no nutrient value and are causing tons of inflammation in their body. They have no idea of the damage these foods are doing to them because they're not educated in the toxicity of these foods. Fast food contains many preservatives and food colorings that are toxic to us. Fast food also contains MSG and aspartame. Both these chemicals are excitotoxins and cause a whole host of health problems. There are so many people who have such bad health problems due to the toxicity of these chemicals. If people were to just eat grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables they would avoid all these toxic chemicals and reach a better level of health. A lot of people talk to me and say that you should always read your food labels to see if MSG or aspartame are in your food. I personally feel that if you are reading food labels then you shouldn't be eating those foods. You want to eat real food from healthy animals. Grass fed cattle are cows that live a healthy lifestyle and are able to give you health. When you eat organic fruits and vegetables they come from soil that has been depleted of life from pesticides, herbicides and fungicides. Grass fed beef, organic fruits and vegetables are healing foods that gives you life. When you eat fast food you eat food that takes life away from you because they cause so much inflammation. If you eat fast food long enough then you're going to eventually run into some type of disease.

A lot of people believe in the expression everything in moderation but this is hard to interpret because everyone has a different degree of what moderation means to them. One person could eat fast food once a week and consider this to be a healthy amount of fast food to eat. You could talk to another person who says that they never eat fast food and the only eat grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables. Everyone has a different degree in which they define health and saying to do everything in moderation when it comes to your diet is not decisive enough. If you decide that you're going to do everything in moderation when it comes to your diet then you're not going to have have success when it comes to any health related goal. If you decide to include grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables in your diet then you will have to eat these foods all the time. You have to be consistent with your healthy diet or else your not going to get any results.

Our culture consumes a huge amount if beef through fast food. It's unfortunate that this beef is so toxic for us. It's not that beef itself is bad for us. It's that the cows that are coming from fast food restaurants are extremely sick cattle. The beef that you get from fast food restaurants or even conventional supermarkets are full of antibiotics and growth hormones. This is because the cows get huge amounts of antibiotics and growth hormone. The cows also get next to no exercise and sunlight. The cows eat a diet of grains and other cheap food substitutes. These cows are quite sick and when we eat these sick cows we get sick too. Of course eating one hamburger from a grain fed cows is not going to kill you but gradually eating conventional meats over long periods of time is going to lead to lots of inflammation in your body.

In conclusion, I wish people would stop poisoning themselves with such unhealthy foods and start to eat more healthy foods such as grass fed beef, organic fruits and vegetables. We have many farmers in many countries that carry these meats. We also have a huge access to organic fruits and vegetables. There's no excuse not to eat healthy foods. If you're looking for grass fed beef manitoba, Saskatchewan, and many other Canadian provinces all have local farmers that carry grass fed meats. It's up to you to find these farmers in your local area. You need to stop poisoning yourself with such unhealthy food and start eating foods that are going to give you life. It's amazing the type of garbage most people eat in terms of food and if you really want to improve your mood and energy then you need to eat healthier foods. You are what you eat and if you eat unhealthy foods then your going to be unhealthy. If you eat healthy food then you're going to be healthy. Seems like common sense but a lot of people are sadly unaware of these principles.

The Benefits Of Eating Grass Fed Meats Are Real

The benefits of eating grass fed meats are huge. Grass fed meats come from cows and lambs that eat a diet rich in grass. When cows and lambs eat grass they are able to convert cellulose found in the grass into saturated fats. This makes both grass fed cows and grass fed lambs very low in polyunsaturated fatty acids. Polyunsaturated fatty acids are very bad for you because they slow down your metabolism. A lot of people think that there is no big difference between grass fed cattle and grain fed cattle but that's no further from the truth. In terms of your health grass fed meats are going to lead to more vitality in your life. If you want to damage your health then eat conventional meats. Conventional meats are not only high in the toxic polyunsaturated fatty acids but they are also full of antibiotics and growth hormones. The chemical toxicities that these cows have cause you to have lots of health problems when you eat them. Farmers feed their cows tons of grains and give them antibiotics because these practices allow them to grow their animals faster. They want to grow their cattle faster because then they can make more money. I find it sad that most people are more concerned about the cost of their food then the consequences the poor food will have on their health. It takes life to give life and you can't get health from sick cows. If you want to reach optimal health then you have to eat grass fed meats.

I personally feel that there's a lot of ignorance in our society and people don't want to accept that some foods their eating aren't good for them. When I try people why they should eat grass fed meats. A lot of times people are very interested but few actually take action and find a local farmer in their area. Manitoba is a province that has a huge volume of farmers that sell grass fed meats yet a lot of people in Manitoba still come up with excuses why they can't buy grass fed meats. The biggest excuse is the price but I think another big excuse is the availability of them. It's unfortunate that in Manitoba there are no local health food stores where you can pick them up but that's still not a justifiable excuse. If you're really serious about your health then you have to out and drive to a area where the farmers are dropping off their meat. You only need to pick up meat once a month and then you want to store it in your freezer. I think a lot of people are just lazy and lack motivation when it comes to their health. This is really sad because without your health you don't have anything. You should always put your health first anything else. If you don't put your health first over anything else in life then you're a fool.

I find so many times people work too hard and damage their health by overworking then spend tons of money trying to get their health back. They should of just balanced their lifestyle through enough work and play. It's easier said than done however if you start by incorporating grass fed meats and start taking more time out for yourself. You can reach balance in your life and gain optimal health. A lot of people always focus on the nutritional aspect of health. They talk about grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables but rarely do they talk about the emotional side. We have so many people working extremely stressful jobs yet they a lot of times don't even need to work these jobs. They have all this money and they spend it on all these stupid luxuries. They would be much better off working a less stressful job and just having enough money for grass fed beef, organic fruits and vegetables. If they work less than they would have more time for themselves and they could go outside and enjoy their life. If you're working too much and you don't have enough time to cook your grass fed meats then work less. If you keep giving me excuses that you don't have enough money and you need to work a lot to afford your current lifestyle then you need to cut back on your luxuries. The things you really need in life are shelter and high quality food. Your food should always be your priority and you have to do the work and find the highest quality food possible. Getting grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables is a great step towards improving the quality of food you eat.

Grass fed meats are really rich in very important nutrients but I think the real benefit is their lack of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Polyunsaturated fatty acids are the primary cause of inflammation in our society and because most foods that people recommend are filled with these fats. A lot of people are unfortunately suffering with poor health. If you eliminate your consumption as much as possible of polyunsaturated fatty acids then you can reach a better level of health. Eating things such as grass fed beef and grass fed lamb as well as eating root vegetables are all things you can do to reduce your consumption of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The most obvious sources of polyunsaturated fatty acids are fish oil and flaxseed oil. Both these foods should be strictly avoided at all costs. The only fat that I recommend you eat other than lamb or beef fat is coconut oil. Coconut oil only contents 1% polyunsaturated fatty acid and this makes it a extremely safe food. Beef and lamb that is grass fed only contain a couple percent of the toxic polyunsaturated fatty acids. If you include coconut oil with conventional meat you can reduce the toxicity of polyunsaturated fatty acids because coconut oil protects you from the damage from the polyunsaturated fatty acids in the conventional meats. Ideally though you want to be eating grass fed beef and lamb with coconut oil. This is the best of both worlds because you're getting beef that's low in polyunsaturated fatty acid and your getting coconut oil which is also low in polyunsaturated fatty acids. This makes for a awesome combo in terms of stimulating metabolism.

Grass fed meats are rich in cholesterol and although a lot of people are afraid of foods that contain cholesterol. All your hormones in your body are precursors to cholesterol. A huge amount of cholesterol is endogenous meaning that it didn't even come from food but is produced in the body. Everyone is so afraid of eating foods rich in cholesterol when cholesterol has such an important role in the body. You want to being grass fed meats and other foods that are rich in cholesterol because this the cholesterol found in these foods is going to help you produce your sex hormones. It's funny how a lot of times the very things we avoid could actually help us improve our health.

In conclusion, there are so many benefits of grass fed meats I can't even list them all. You won't really know the benefits until you eat them yourself. If you're looking for grass fed beef manitoba like I stated earlier has many farmers in this province that carry these meats. If you are not in the province of Manitoba there are still many other provinces in Canada that carry these meats. Once you include grass fed meats into your diet you'll feel so much better that you'll never want to eat conventional meats ever again.

Foods That Can Harm You

There are foods that can heal you and foods that can harm you. Grass fed beef is a food that can heal you and potato chips is a food that can harm you. A lot of times it's common sense what foods are good for you and what foods are bad for you but sometimes it's really hard to say . An example of a food that you would think is good for you but is not is organic meat. Organic meat comes from cows that eat a diet rich in grains. The problem with this is that when the cow eats only grains in it's diet It's not able to convert all the grains to saturated fats. What eventually happens is the cow becomes full of polyunsaturated fatty acids and this causes the cow to become very unhealthy. When we eat this unhealthy cow we get all of its polyunsaturated fatty acids and become unhealthy ourselves. This is an example of a food that we would think would help us but actually harms us.

I find a lot of times people always talk about the benefits of foods but rarely do they talk about foods that are harmful. Foods which I would consider to be harmful that a lot of people would consider to be healthy for you are mangoes. Mangoes are a food that come from the poison oak family. A lot of people that live in climates where you can grow mangoes are unaware of mangoes sickness. People in North America unfortunately are not aware of this disease. Mango sickness is basically when you get sick from eating mangoes. Other foods which I would consider to be bad for you that other people might think are good for you are fish oil and flaxseed oil. Both these oils are foods that are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. Polyunsaturated fatty acids slow down your metabolism. Your metabolism which is also called your thyroid governs a lot of your health. If you have a slow metabolism then you'll have lots of health problems.

I personally think a safe source of food would be grass fed beef and grass fed lamb. The reason why this food is so safe for you is because it's very low in polyunsaturated fatty acids. The reason why grass fed beef and lamb is so low in polyunsaturated fatty acids is because both cows and lambs have the ability to convert cellulose found in grass into saturated fats. This means that grass fed beef and grass fed lamb are one the safest forms of food you can eat. Conventional meats however are extremely bad for you because they're loaded with polyunsaturated fatty acids. Organic meats would still be safer than conventional meats because at least with organic meats the grains are organic. The reason why organic grains are better for the cows is because organic grains are more nutritious and don't contain herbicides fungicides and pesticides. Herbicides, fungicides and pesticides all slow down the cows metabolism. You can see how the cow and lambs health plays such a crucial role in our own health. It's not just that one food is bad for us. There's more depth to it then that. It's the way that food was grown that greatly affects our health. You can say that eating apples are good for you but if that Apple was grown in soil that was destroyed by pesticides, herbicides and fungicides than that apple isn't really that good for you. That Apple contains pesticides and eating a apple with pesticides is going to slow down your metabolism. I do agree that a conventional Apple is still better than a lot of foods out there but overall the conventional apple is still no were need as good for you as a organic apple. I'm not trying to confuse people rather I'm just trying to stress the importance of how their food is grown and how that affects their health. It's not just about eating healthy but really understanding how their food needs to be grown in order to reach optimal health.

I think the most obvious foods that are harmful for you that nobody's going to argue about are potato chips and fast food. I think that it's too bad that ice cream gets a bad rap because I actually think ice cream can be quite good for you. Only If the ice cream comes from cows that are grass fed. The reason why ice cream from grass fed cows is so good for you is because your getting healthy high quality fats from it and your also getting lots of great minerals such as potassium and calcium. You also get vitamin A and cholesterol from ice cream. The reason why vitamin A and cholesterol are so important is because the higher your metabolic rate the more vitamin A and cholesterol you use. The reason why so many people have so many health problems with ice cream is because the ice cream is coming from grain fed cows. These cows barely get any exercise. They are not fed grass but rather non organic grains. They are full of antibiotics and hormones. It's no wonder conventional ice cream is so bad for you when it's coming from such sick cows. The other issue is that conventional ice cream contains things like carrageenan and synthetic vitamin A. Both these things are known to cause digestive problems and many other health issues. It's not the ice cream but the way the cow was raised and the preservatives they're putting into the ice cream that's giving you health problems.

In conclusion, nowadays there's more foods that can harm you then heal you you and even though I can give you a list of foods which you should eat. You will probably say to me that it's too limiting. It is true that it's quite hard to eat healthy in our society. This is because most of the restaurants in our culture serve food which is unhealthy for us but ultimately it's your health. If you really care about your health you'll restrict your diet to only healthy foods. If you want to start eating healthier foods my first suggestion would be to buy grass fed beef manitoba is one of many provinces which have tons of farmers that come into the city once a month. They usually meet at central locations so it's easy for everybody to drive down and pick up their meat. If you are in a province other than Manitoba there is still many farmers that are probably in your area that your on unaware of. Do your own research and find farmers in your are that sell grass fed meats. Be empowered by eating higher quality food.

Why Is My Friend To Lazy To Eat Grass fed Meats?

My friend so lazy that even though I tell them all the time about the benefits of grass fed meats he will not incorporate them into his diet. He knows that grass fed beef, pork and lamb is extremely good for you but he just doesn't have the motivation to incorporate them into his diet. He makes up excuses like it's too expensive or he didn't have enough time but the truth is he's just a lazy guy. I'll talk to him on the phone and tell him that I just had grass fed beef with a carrot and coconut oil. He'll then tell me that he just had one pizza pop for breakfast. I think that even if he did incorporate grass fed meats into his diet his food frequency would be so terrible that he'd barely see any results. It's not just about eating grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables. It's about living a healthier lifestyle. Having lots of frequencies of meals throughout the day is a lot better for you. This helps you keep a high metabolic rate. I always snack on grass fed beef with a carrot and honey throughout the day. I leave my plate on the kitchen table so it's easy for me to take out the cooked beef from the refrigerator and put it on my plate. This is great because it keeps your metabolism high throughout the day. This will give you more energy and increase your productivity.

I'm personally a big fan of the protein gelatin from grass fed cattle. Gelatin is a extremely healthy protein for you and is very pro thyroid. Gelatin comes from the bones of cattle and lamb. When you cook the bones of the cow you get a marrow like substance from them. This is gelatin. Gelatin is extremely rich in magnesium and other very important minerals. Gelatin is a very underrated proteins and many people are oblivious to the fact that it comes from cattle. If you have a local grass fed farmer then it be we be wise to get gelatin from him. Gelatin is a extremely healthy protein and is relatively inexpensive when you get from cow parts. You can get gelatin from the prime rib of the cow or from the tail. There are many other parts of the cow you can get gelatin from which I'm not aware of. You can also get gelatin from lamb but anything from a lamb is always a lot more expensive. This being the case it's a lot wiser to get gelatin rich animal parts from cows.

I think that my friend will never eat grass fed meats because it's just too much work for him. He loves to be lazy and just lie around all day doing nothing. He says that he loves cats more then dogs because cats are lazy like him. I honestly could never really picture him incorporating grass fed meats into his diet. I think that if you had severe health problems than there might be a chance that he would incorporate these meats into his diet but he'd only do it if he had no choice. Other than that reason I doubt he will eat grass fed meats. He's extremely picky about food. He tells me that he doesn't like this vegetable are that fruit. He doesn't like this type of meat cut. If you're that picky about your food then you probably never be able to limit your diet to healthier choices. He says sometimes they he does eat healthy because he incorporates fish into his diet. To me I don't consider this to be healthy because fish are high in polyunsaturated fatty acids. There are some fish which are healthier for you such as white fish or wild shrimp. Most of the fish he is eating is salmon which is to me unhealthy. I still think that safer forms of food are grass fed beef and lamb because they are very low in polyunsaturated fatty acids. Even though white fish and wild shrimp are lower in polyunsaturated fatty acids they are not to the degree that grass fed beef and lamb are.

I think he just loves to eat out and he loves to be with his friends while he eats out. If he stopped eatting out at restaurants because the food is so unhealthy then he'd lose out on a lot of social time with his friends. It's just too hard for him to only eat grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables. I know this sounds really negative but we need to realize that some people aren't willing to change their diets radically. I for one have no problems just eating grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables. I find it extremely easy for me to limit my diet and I find the work to not be as difficult as other people do. Of course it's hard because there's lots of cooking and preparation. You have to force yourself to eat sometimes but the results are well worth it.

In conclusion, I think my friend is incredibly lazy and he doesn't know what it's like to feel good. If he tried eating grass fed meats, organic roots vegetables and fruits he would see such a improvement in his mood that he would never go back to his old diet. I wish that he had the motivation to try grass fed meats because if he did there'd be a lot higher chance that he would stick to eating these meats long term. We can't judge him harshly on his unhealthy choices because it's his journey and he needs to make his own mistakes in order to learn life lessons. I just find it frustrating because I want to help him because his unhappy all the time but he has to do the work. Health is your own responsibility not anyone else's. I can tell what to do but you have to do the work. Doing the work is a lot harder then telling someone how to do it. If I tell someone to do certain things in their diet in order to improve their health then they do it. The real praise should be for the person that did the work not the person that told you what to do. If you are interested in grass fed beef manitoba and all of United States have many farmers that carry grass fed meats. Look for a farmer that delivers to your local city. This makes it a lot easier for you because you don't have to drive hours to a farm. Try to stock up enough meat to last you for a month. I suggest this because most grass fed farmers come in once a month.

Foods That Can Heal You

It's really to bad that few people recognize the healing power of food. Grass fed beef is an example of a food that I feel can truly heal you. Grass fed beef come from cows that eat a diet rich in grass. The reason why you want cattle to eat grass over grains is because grains slow down the cows metabolism. This means that cows that eat a diet rich in grains store more polyunsaturated fatty acids. This is a problem because polyunsaturated fatty acids not only damage the cows health but your health. When you eat a grain fed cow you get large amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids. By incorporating grass fed beef into your diet your lowering your consumption of these toxic polyunsaturated fatty acids therefore allowing your body to heal. This is why I consider grass fed beef to be a food that can heal you. You could also heal yourself with grass fed lamb but what I like about grass fed beef is it's a lot cheaper then grass fed lamb. The only problem I see with grass fed beef is that it's very rich in tryptophan. If you eat an excess of muscle meats in your diet because of the tryptophan content in the meat you can slow down your metabolism. You can counter the toxicity of tryptophan by having enough calcium in your diet. You can get large amounts of calcium from eggshells and dairy. If you're going to get calcium from milk make sure that the milk is from grass fed cows.

It's so easy for us to say that meat is bad for you because conventional meats cause disease. The truth is it's not the meat that is the problem as much as the bastardization of the production of our meat. We feed these animals such terrible unhealthy food and give them unhealthy conditions to live in. It's no wonder conventional meats are so unhealthy for us. If you're able to get grass fed meats then you're able to get meat that comes from a healthy animal. It takes life to give life and if you don't give these cattle and lambs healthy conditions to live in. There not going to give you healthy meats.

I personally feel with all the information that's out there on the benefits of grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables. People have no excuse not to include these foods into their diet. I know somebody no names mentioned who refuses to eat grass fed meats. She sees me all the time eating these meats while she eats potato chips and other unhealthy junk foods. She tells me the reason why she doesn't eat grass fed meats is because she doesn't like the taste of meat but I know deep down that she just isn't strong willed enough to do the work. I think this is really sad because her lack of self control she is destroying her own health. She rather eat cheesy puffs and drink aspartame flavored drinks then eat grass fed meats. This shows you the lack of priorities people have when it comes to their own health.

People rarely consider food to be important part of optimal health. We never go to our doctor and hear about the health benefits of certain foods or the damage other foods can do to us. There seems to not only be no prevention in conventional medicine but also no recognition for the healing power of food. I wish more doctors were educated on nutrition and the healing benefits of food. It's not just about understanding what foods can benefit you but also understanding how the right ratios, frequencies and timing of meals can help somebody heal. You can actually increase thyroid function with the right ratios of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. You can also slow down your metabolism by eating the wrong ratios of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. If more doctors were educated on nutrition and the healing power of food. We wouldn't see so much disease in our culture.

It just seems silly when you think about that so much disease is caused solely from eating poor quality foods. The truth is there is no money in nutrition and in telling people to eat grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables. This type of advise is not going to make businesses money. There's more money in telling people that they need to take this certain supplement or pharmaceutical drug. I think this is really too bad because a lot of people are suffering from poor health due to lack of education in nutrition. I think that if we educated more people on the benefits of grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables then they would be able to make better choices with their health. If you don't know about grass fed meats, organic fruits and vegetables then how are you suppose to reach optimal health? I've never been to a university or high school that talked about the benefits of eating grass fed meats. It just seems like something that you have to educate yourself on independently or be told about through friends and family. I think this is really too bad because if mainstream education were to teach people about the benefits of grass fed meats. We see a lot more happier and healthier people.

In conclusion, some foods can heal you and some foods can harm you. It's up to you to do your own research and find out which foods can benefit you and harm you. I think I outlined enough information on which foods are going to help you. If you are currently looking for grass fed beef manitoba is one province I know of off the top of my head that has many local farmers. If you are not in the province of Manitoba there are still probably many farmers in your area that carry grass fed cows and lambs. Try to find a farmer that you're comfortable with that has the cuts of meats that you desire.
